4. Claim & Return
- Whilst we are confident you will enjoy your Xbox One S console, if you are not satisfied with your device, you can return your product by submitting a claim within 60 days of purchase
- Claims due to mechanical breakdown, endemic failure or damage are not eligible. In the event a Qualifying Product is defective, you must seek assistance through the standard warranty that accompanies the Qualifying Product
- Upon submitting a claim, we will advise you regarding the return of your Xbox One S
- Return your Xbox One S for free using a prepaid label, in “Good as New” Condition and with all original accessories (including any promotional items received as part of your Xbox One S purchase)
- All Returns must comply with the Terms and Conditions. If the item does not meet the Good As New condition you will receive a revised valuation by email
- Upon validation of your claim within the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, you will receive a full refund for your purchase within 30 days of validation of your claim to your nominated bank account
